i love this paper, multiple choices + Memory + Learning part were awesome much easier than our trial exams.
The Research Method was tricky, it took me 3,4 times to comprehend the case study + put down Matched pair design + Debriefing was unpredictable.
never know how i went until the result come out, feel better than the Accounting one!

i found this exam pretty good. i came out with a smile on my face..

and only thing is everyone else did too, so i’m sure it will be a hard one to mark (like last year).. and it will end up being marked down even more..
oh well at least it is over..

I found it really simple, the multiple choice was far more difficult than the short answer. there was no white paper left in the writing space so hopefully another A+

agreed… was far to easy. There was no white left in the writing space of my paper which is saying something if i had enough time to go right into detail. So hopefully another A+

I have a feeling one of the multiple choice questions had two answers again..
the question about the boy watching his brother watching too much chocolate and when he ate chocolate he didnt eat too much.
The most obvious was modelling just because he learnt through observation, but wouldn’t you be able to also select negative reinforcement because negative reinforcement can occur vicariously. (through observation)
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks guys.

Hahaha yeah that multiple choice one, everyone was debating about that after the exam.
They should award marks for both answers, so it should be alright.
Anyone know if the answers have been put online yet?

Hannah, I was also stumped on this one.
I chose negative reinforcement, purely because I believe modelling involves not only learning from another person, but also reproducing the same actions as the model. In this case, the boy didn’t imitate any kind of behaviour so I think it’s negative reinforcement.
Overall was a very easy exam.

the option of negative reinforcement was incorrect
in relation to the scenario which was asking what role did the boy eating the chocolate play in relation to the other boys behavior of not eating much chocolate, he is a model.
it is true the boy was displaying negative reinforcement, but in the context of the question choosing this was wrong, as it specifically was reffering to the impact it had on the boy observings behavior later not eating much chocolate.
you sound very smart, but i am affraid you other thought that question a little too much.

What did everyone put for the multiple choice question involving the items that the man would bring home? Involving the serial position effect… I strongly believe that there are no entirely correct answers!

I put down modelling Hannah. K – I thought along the same lines, but then I thought “reproduction, in the terms of modelling, does not necessarily mean he has to display the behaviour, it simply means he has the physical and mental ability to do so” =D

this is exactly what i mean, everyone found it easy, which means they will mark it tough. and it will push all our marks down.
K | Nov 18, 2009 | Reply
It was fairly ambiguous though, I’m sure you can at least agree with that…

THAT WAS THE HARDEST EXAM I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I DIDN’T EVEN FINISH. FAIL….. F
