    It was easy.

Has anyone found/made solutions yet? Post the link here when they surface.

    Cheers

    easy

except the rate of reaction question, with the graph.
    wtf was with that?
    meh, only 2 marks :)

maybe the nerds at vcaa felt bad about mid year :P

It was way too easy… I don’t understand what was so confusing about that graph, I said that he probably added more product forcing the reaction backwards. Hope I was right lol. The only difficult questions were the multiple choice ones.

    Does anyone have the answers?
    Cheers!

but adding more product wouldn’t cause the rate of the REVERSE reaction to suddenly decrease….if anything, it would increase dramatically!

twas easy….except for that question haha

adding more reactants is what caused the reverse reaction to suddenly decrease and because one of the reactants was water, by adding this it increases the volume also, which would also slow the rate of the forward reaction but not significantly, like the graph showed. thats just what i wrote, not really too sure.
someone seriously needs to put up some answers pleeasee !

what? I thought the backwards reaction increased on the graph, by increasing the concentration of products, the rate of reaction of the reverse would increase due to a higher frequency of collisions. I think we’ve all interpreted the graph differently lol…

I thought it was the easy exam ever. i finished it with like 30min to go and i barely studied I am gonna get like over 90% for that exam. Did anyone feel the same way.

Everyone was complaining about the difficulty of unit 3′s exam!

    Well I’m only a Year 11 kid who’s dreading Year 12 so yeah…
