fantastic felling after it… it was my last one.

not too long, a tricky one was asking 4 the differences between a service and good business.

    i finished 10-15 early …

    3 6-mark questions!
and nearly all the rest were 4 marks each!
not what i was expecting at all.
    i thought it was hard.

i thought it was a relatively easy exam, could have been worded better though, i guess that is kind of an advantage if i understood the wording of the questions well. was annoyed that there was nothing on industrial relations and nothing on KPI’s or structures. the KPI and definitions were ment to be a given 4 or 5 marks. i would have also loved a more straight forward question on the elements of an operations system question but overall thought it was easy and i think i did well

I was shocked how they copied some of the questions from the 07 exam, all that was different was the case studies!
Overall it was quite an easy exam but I thought it was very long. I was writing to the very last second. The HR strategies and Ethics & Social Res. questions were the hardest I reckon. Luckily I did the Compak 05 exam in the morning on friday and it had the differences between a goods and services firm and I didn’t know it then. So when it was on the exam I was really pleased.
CANNOT BELIEVE THEY PUT STAKEHOLDER DEFINITION ON THE EXAM!
LITERALLY THE EASIEST DEFINITION THEY COULD HAVE CHOSEN.

So long… I finished with 1 minute to spare.

Stumped by the question on the difference in operations of a service business and a manufacturing business. Ended up saying that service businesses have more of a customer focus and less formal operations [i.e. less strict procedures]

So much writing, the exam was really long.

pretty easy exam even though it was long- much easier than the exams i had done during the year.
    very happy with it

didn’t enjoy the question what changes could be made to the way they select employees as a four mark question. minus that everything was straight forward

It was pretty straightforward my class was quite shocked that it was quite long and only one definition. I found it alrite the question with service and manufacturing stumped me. I just can’t wait till dec 14 till i know how i did and at least i have one subject out of the way only 5 more next yr

hardest busman exam iv seen. hated the two industrial relations questions and am anoyed that there was nothing on POLC. wasnt sure about a motivational theory question but i just answered it the same as a kpi, i rekon i could have gotten 4 outa 4 for that question. and for the ethical issues question i didnt know an organisation so i just spke about abortion in australia. overall think i hav a chance at getting between 40 and 44
