Question: What proof do you have that the VCE toolkit
actually works?
Answer: The proof is 3 fold:

Question: Do you run seminars and holiday programs?

Question:: But how can the VCE toolkit CD price be so low?
Answer: Simple…All the resources are contained on 1 CD-ROM that you can access all the resources and print what you need…that way I can pass all the $ SAVINGS $ back over to you. :O)
Question: What if I'm not absolutely satisfied with the VCE Toolkit CD…can I get my money back?
Answer: I honestly don't blame you for thinking this. I'd feel the same way - but I know its true and that's why I've given you such a ridiculously long trial period: 90 day money back guarantee. You can always get your money back no hassles, no B.S. and no squirm out clauses.

Question:: How long will it take until I receive the VCE toolkit after ordering?
Answer: Orders are processed daily so once payment has been received and processed the package will be shipped in a post-pack CD mailer case to your nominated address. Usually you can expect to receive the toolkit within 3-5 working days.
Question: What if I don't have a printer - what are my options?
Answer: ** Update for early 2008 ** - there are a handful of hard copy resources available for purchase at $ 20 each. Titles are "The secrets of success - 220 tips book" and "The 57 exam mistakes students make and how to avoid them". Contact us for more information.
You have several options. 1: We can print hard-copies of the resources for you in either colour or black and white. Naturally there will be an increased cost associated with this. Contact us to request a quote. 2: You can take the CD to Officeworks or another printing organization (with receipt which will show that you have permission for printing of 1 copy of all the documents) and request to have the contents of the CD printed (NB: there may be a fee associated with downloading the files).
Question: I don't feel comfortable paying for the VCE toolkit "on-line" - what are my options?
Answer: There are several payment methods available even though our "on-line" method is securely encrypted for your complete safety and is easily the fastest and most efficient method of payment. We accept the credit and debit cards Visa & Mastercard which are paid through the Paypal Merchant Gateway. Payment directly via Paypal is also available (if you have previously set up an account with Paypal). To set up your own account with Paypal. We also accept payment via traditional methods of money order and cheque. Payment can occur via phone payment, mail or fax (get contact details). Simply download the order form from the order page.
Question: How can I be so confident that the strategies work? Aren't they all just theory?
Answer: All I can say is that the person I am today and everything I have ever achieved has been due to most of the wonderful resources in this CD. One thing I do not provide however is a "magic pill". I make no bones about the fact that this CD can become a glorified coaster for your cuppa or a handy little frisbee if you do not utilise the resources on this CD. It IS theory…that works! But it will ONLY work for you if you actively use the resources.

Question: I have the vce toolkit cd - now what do i do?
Answer:: Put the CD into your computer's CD drive. Automatically a menu will open up and show you how to get started and where to go. This file contains the information about your purchase, further support and help. It will also provide you with links to download all the resources directly to your computer.
Question: I keep getting a message saying something about I can't "decrypt" the PDF documents from the toolkit - what should I do?
Answer: This message normally appears on computers that are running Adobe Acrobat version 4 or less. The toolkit PDF documents should be easily read by Adobe Acrobat version 5 or higher. If there is an unexpected issue with the toolkit and it cannot be rectified by installing the latest Adobe Acrobat reader then we will replace the CD immediately, at no extra charge to you.
Question: Am I able to print extra copies of the resources to give to other people?
Answer: No. You are bound by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the purchase of the toolkit and the EULA (End user licensing agreement) on the CD. Giving the CD to someone (or printing extra copies etc for someone) who has not purchased the toolkit CD is a breach of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Penalties and legal proceedings will apply to those who willfully breach the TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Question: Will the cd and computer programs work on a mac?
Answer: At the time of our latest software testing all programs, pdf's and resources all worked on a Mac.
Question: What support do you offer once the VCE toolkit CD has been purchased?
Answer: On the VCE toolkit CD there are instructional videos, links to help documents and more. If, after consulting the relevant help section, you cannot find the assistance that you need then contact us and we will assist you in any way possible.
